MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac

While you have limited space on computer, do you want to compress and shrink the files you stored? One of my friends used Panasonic HDC-SD5 to shoot videos, and placed the video footage on MacBook. The video footage from SD5 is 1920x1080 in .mts format which occupies a lot of space. To shrink Panasonic AVCHD files with high quality, it is recommended to use Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac as AVCHD compressor.

Step 1. Load Panasonic SD5 video to Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac.

Step 3. Change video dimension for smaller size.
Click the "Settings" button, and you will face the following window with video and audio configuration. The default profile is to transcode AVCHD files to 1920x1080 with 30fps. Just click the drop-down box for Size, and choose 1280*720 as output video resolution. You may also change the video bit rate to get smaller output file size.
Step 4. Shrink and Convert Panasonic SD5 MTS to MOV.
Click the convert button under the preview window, and the Mac Panasonic AVCHD converter will shrink 1920x1080 MTS to 1280x720 MOV in high quality and smaller file size.
Tips:
1. Setting a low video bit rate in Step 3 will lead to quality loss to output video. If you are not sure about the bit rate settings, just leave it unchanged. If you want to change the video bit rate, it is recommended that you test with several clips to get your preferred bit rate.
