Step 1: Add MXF files to Aunsoft TransMXF Pro for Mac
Download Aunsoft TransMXF Pro for Mac and import MXF files to it.

Step2: choose the output format

1. This setting is only in the condition of choosing multi-track video. And if you need high video quality of converted MOV files, you can choose Multi track Apple ProRes 422(HQ).
2. The system default like the video frame rate as 23.976fps or video size as 1920*1080 is to keep the best quality for editing in Final Cut Pro. You can change the video size to relatively reduce the size of the converted files.
Step4: Convert MXF files into multiple track MOV
