It allows you to convert/transcode MTS videos for smoothly burning in iDVD, or convert 1080 50/60p MTS videos to ProRes 422, ProRes 422 (HQ), ProRes 422 (LT), ProRes 422 (Proxy) and ProRes 4444 for importing to FCP X without rendering.

With Final Mate for Mac, you can directly and easily convert and upload MTS videos to YouTube for sharing via your own Youtube account.
