It is easy to adjust bit rate and sample rate by clicking button Settings. Then you will see an interface which allows you to change the bit rate and sample rate.
4. Can I change the output file name?
Yes. Please find the column named "Destination File" on file list. Click the particular output name under the "Destination File" column, and then you can specify the output file name.
5. I just want a clip/segment of my recorded FLV or F4V video, can I?
Of course, after you add the FLV or F4V video to the program, you can enter the Trim mode, and then start to make a video Clips according to your requirements.
6. How do I get rid of the black edges around my movie?
It is very easy to deal with. Click “Editor” button to enter into the edit panel, you can see the crop tab, and then you can drag the dashed frame on the video screen of the original preview window to cut off the black edges.
7. Where can I found the output files after the conversion?
After our software shows "complete" for the conversion job, please click "Open" button which can be found at the bottom of the main interface. You will reach the destination folder directly, from where you will find the output files for your conversion job. Generally, the default destination folder for our program is "C:Temp".
8. What is the difference between a trial version and the retail version?
There are few differences between the trial version and the retail version except a watermark on the converted file for the trial version and if you purchase the retail one, you will have no the trouble, what’s more, you can get fast technical support for free.
9. How about the output video quality after using the program?

11. Why does the output video have a watermark?
Many customs could ask: how can I convert FLV files without watermark? I’m sorry to tell you that our trial version has a limitation that outputs video with a watermark. If you don’t like it, you can register a retail version via purchase the program online and our retail version.
12. I have purchased your product but I have no idea how to use it because I can't find any field for typing the key code?
I think you are still using our trial version, please note that you have to uninstall the trial version and then reinstall the full version to enter your key code. Please download the full version of the product through the download link provided in your received mail, install, and launch the app. Then you will see the interface asking for your key code.
