According to the source, HTC will soon out yet another Android smartphone, to be called HTC Knight, which will apparently be heading to Sprint. The smartphone features a 3.7-inch (touch) screen, a slide-out QWERTY and a micro-USB port just like on the EVO 4G, also carrying a similar look.
Leaked from an XML file on htc.com, the smartphone could be releasing in 2 weeks time or less. Does Sprint need another 4G Android phone?
*UPDATE: According to another source, HTC Knight could actually be launched as HTC Speedy, and prepping a January 6th launch date… way far from now and the 2011 CES event (Jan. 6-9, 2011) falls on the same date.
More lookup tells [I say, rumors] that HTC Speedy comes with Android 2.2 FroYo, (unofficially confirmed) slide-out QWERTY keypad, 3.5/3.7-inch touch screen [320 x 480 display], 5 MP camera with LED flash, 800MHz processor, 386MB of RAM, pre-loaded full Office Suite of apps, support for Wi-Fi connectivity and the revised HTC Sense UI.
