I have recently purchased Panasonic HDC-TM900 as the new camcorder in 2011, which is a fantastic camcorder captured excellent video in a variety of record modes, and its performance recording 1080/60p HD video was as good as it gets, and it is more advanced in correcting hand-shake blurring and more vivid images than TM700. I have used to record my daughter’s birthday party and found it performed very nice in low-light. Now I wanted to put the recorded videos to a new arrival iPad 2 and give to my daughter for present. However, Panasonic TM900 camcorder captures videos in AVCHD .mts file format, and I used the 1080/60p recording mode after pressing the side button for 60p recording. iPad 2 only displays videos in 720p with limited supported formats. Thus, it is impossible to directly play Panasonic TM700 MTS on iPad 2.
