We offer life-time free technical support to solve your software’s problem, a “Try-Before-Buy” software version and 30 days money-back or refund guarantee.


Life-Time Free Technical Support: If you encounter technical problems, please first ask for help from Support Center, if you still can not get the answer, please email Aunsoft support team to get the technical help, we will offer you life-time free technical service. If the problem is proved to be unsolvable, we will refund to you after confirming your situations. Additionally, a refund request will be rejected if we can change your program to another product which can fix the issue with the product itself.


A "Try-Before-Buy" version lets you make the best purchase decision and make sure that the product is compatible with your computer system and meets all of your specific requirements. Before you purchase a product, please make sure the product name is exactly the same as the trial version you used or it is the advance version for the trial version (like Video Converter is MTS/M2TS Converter’s advance version.) and please confirm the product’s system requirements (don’t miss up Windows and Mac version.) All the Mac programs in the shopping cart have been marked as For Mac.) So please choose carefully and make sure you buy the right program. Due that a downloaded program and its registration code cannot be taken back, we do not refund your order or change your product simply because you have made a wrong selection.


If the refund requirement that is out of product problem itself, usually we won’t offer refund.

If you are in one of the following situations, we will offer 30 days money-back or refund.

1. Have no need of “Registration Backup Service” provided by Swreg but purchase it without knowing. We will refund the charge for Registration Backup Service if you require it.

2. Reproducible Bug/error, which we can not solve the problem within an acceptable period of time or provide a temporary solution. In this circumstance, please cooperate with our technical support and offer the detailed information, such as your OS, actions before the error occurs, screenshots of error, etc. if required.

3. Hardware incompatibility, which prevents you from using our product on your computer, and we can not solve the problem within an acceptable period of time or suggest a temporary solution. We strongly recommend that you try the product before you place an order.

4. Duplicate orders. When you accidentally bought the software more than once.


We do not accept the refund request in the following cases:
1. The request is about a free item offered during a period of time.

2. The request does not include any particular reasons, only stating the uninstallation of the product with no future use.

3. The reason for the refund is about the features we never claim to provide on our site. (For example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our software).

4.Price difference between our official site and some other affiliate sites or special stores. We only promise to provide first-class products, technologies and services to the customers who place orders on our official site.

We guarantee you the money back with the purchase price of the product you mentioned, if the product meets the refund policy. Please contact our technical support about the issue you encounter in detail, and we will offer the best solution according to the condition.

2. I find out that I bought the wrong product after installing the software. Can I get the refund to purchase your another product?
We provide you a “try-before-buy” software version, and for a downloaded program and its registration code sent to you cannot be taken back, so please forgive that we will not refund you for such a mistake. But we could offer a discount or the second best solution to you for the product you want. Please contact support staff about the situation with your order number and/or email address.

3. How long does it take to get the refund on my credit card statement?

The refund will process will appear on your credit card statement in 10 to 15 business days, if your refund request is approved. Please contact your credit card company about the statement posting, if you can not find the statement on your credit card after 15 business days.


4. I bought your product on Mac App Store, how do I get a refund?

If you experience a technical issue with our software, first contact our Technical Support Team for help at If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Mac App Store Customer Support to get a refund for the app.
