You can easily retrieve your registration code, get solutions from the frequently asked questions, learn the upgrade policy and read tutorials about using the products. We promise to our customers that we will deal with emails within 48 hours after receiving them.

Retrieve Registration Code

We should have sent the registration information to your e-mail address after your order is successful. If you have not received it after purchase the program, or the registration code of the product you purchased is lost, or the registration code become invalid one year later since you purchased, please email us via (Windows: winsupport@aunsoft.com, Mac: macsupport@aunsoft.com) or login Aunsoft Member Center to look up your order information, retrieve key code.


Note: When you didn't receive the license code for several hours after the purchase, please first check the following possible reasons:


1. Because of your Email setting, the letter with license code went to Trash directly. Please look for the letter there.


2. Your Email service provider rejects Emails from unknown senders, so the license code cannot be sent to you.


3. You provided invalid Email address when you ordered the software.
