To get higher video and audio quality, you can select a higher video and audio bit rate. But the file size will be larger. To select a right aspect ratio, you can choose from Size list. Clicking OK, you can confirm the settings.
7. What is the difference between manual conversion mode and automatic conversion mode?
In automatic conversion mode, the capture will be automatically finished, and you can not deterimine the start time and end time, and selece the frame to convert. In manual conversion mode, you can interact with the file, like clicking the buttons and control bars. And it is up to the you when to finish capture. So this mode works well with files that need users to interact.
8. What should I do if I just want to convert part of the SWF file rather than converting the entire SWF file?
Click “Start Play” in the converting window, and choose the beginning frame you prefer when the flash plays, and then click “capture” to start capturing the frames and the button will switch to “Finished” after you start capturing, click “Finished” at the frame you would like to end with to complete the capture and the conversion, finally you will get the converted video with your favorite part.
9. Can the converted video play on all computers?
Not exactly, you need to install the right correct decoder on the computer you choose to play converted video.
10. Why the Edit button is still gray when import the video file to the program?
After you import the video file toAunsoft SWF Converter, you want to edit the video before conversion. You should move your mouse to click the file in the main list first. Then the edit function could be activated.
11. I have purchased your product but I have no idea how to use it because I can't find any field for typing the key code?
I think you are still using our trial version, please note that you have to uninstall the trial version and then reinstall the full version to enter your key code. Please download the full version of the product through the download link provided in your received mail, install, and launch the app. Then you will see the interface asking for your key code.
12.What are the differences between a trial version and the retail version?
There is few difference between a trial version and a full version except a "Aunsoft" watermark in output videos from the trial version. To get rid of the logo watermark, you need to purchase the full version and re-convert your videos.
